I work out, I eat healthy, but there are just those stubborn places on my body that I could not tone! I got CoolSculpting on my legs and my hips, my big problem areas. After one session, I had amazing results! Because I’m an overachiever, I went in again for a second round. The difference is unbelievable and unlike working out and eating right, this took one day! Veronica at Inspire Body Contouring is amazing! I had been treated by her 10 years ago in my abdomen and was thrilled with my results. My neck/double chin has been my biggest concern lately. I had tried other treatments such as Kybella and Ultherapy, neither of which showed results. So I explored Coolsculpting for this area. Veronica has an incredible portfolio of before/after pictures of all her treatment offerings and it inspired me to try it. Im so glad I did! I came in to get an Aquafirme facial since I haven't tried it before. Regular facials never worked well for me because my skin is really sensitive to new products and I usually react to people touching my face. What made this different is that it’s a medical-grade facial, so it’s done with a machine instead of hands and that made a huge difference for me.I’ve always had pretty good skin, but I deal with congestion around my nose and my skin tends to be dehydrated. After just one treatment, I noticed a big improvement. The blackheads and whiteheads around my nose were cleared out, my skin felt super smooth and exfoliated, and I could tell the dead skin was gone. The serums used didn’t break me out at all, which is rare for me.Even days and weeks later, my skin stayed clear and hydrated. No irritation, no breakouts. Honestly, it was the best facial I’ve ever had!! and that’s saying a lot considering how sensitive my skin is to putting new prodcuts on my skin. I loved the facial and the over all experience with the esthetician.

Amazing! Scarlett SRF really works. I’ve had two children and my belly skin had some sagging. Even with regular belly targeting exercise I just couldn’t get the sagging to go away. I went to inspire to inquire about cool sculpting and Veronica was so helpful, not only did she know exactly what treatment I needed for what I was looking, for she was honest. I was ready to pay for cool sculpting and instead she introduced Scarlet SRF.Noticeable improvement after the first session, after my second session, night and day. Let me see .. .. I've gone to Veronica and Inspire Body Contouring for Cool Sculpting, Cool Tone and, Scarlet. For me, the Cool Sculpting treatments have transformed my body and I actually have a waist, flat stomach and thighs that look great in skinny jeans. Cool Tone delivered exactly as advertised giving me a tight abdomen and lifted my grandma butt. I should also say that the med spa itself is lovely, quiet, and everyone is professional and a pleasure to spend time with during treatments. If you're on the fence about Cool Sculpting or any of the other treatments offered, I encourage you to schedule a consultation with Veronica and look through her customer's before and after photos. I barely recognize my own body in the photos of me, then and now. Veronica will be 100% honest about what you need and don't need.

I initially had a consultation for cool sculpting back in the Summer of 2024 and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Veronica was very thorough in explaining the entire process, the recovery and follow up. She was available after the procedure to check in with me and answer all of my questions and to assess my progress over 4 months. I am very pleased with my results!I most recenly have chosen to focus on the facial aesthetic options that are offered at Inspire and have been completely satisfied with the Scarlet RF procedure. Great experience, excellent customer service from the staff and solved my issue of belly fat after having numerous stomach surgeries years ago! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a solution that exercise and dieting will not solve.
I recently lost 45 pounds, and while overall, I felt and looked so much better, I was extremely frustrated by how my chin and neck continued to look. I'm talking loose skin and the develop of jowls, so I tried all kinds of creams, Gua Sha, rollers, micro-current massagers, strap lifts, exercises, sleeping positions, etc. to help, but didn’t see much improvement. So I started researching other options - and came across CoolSculpting.At my consultation, Veronica went over the procedure, how to prepare for the session, and post-procedure steps. We also went in-depth about side effects, expected results, Veronica's education and experience, and more that made me feel very confident in Inspire and the procedure.For the day of my session, I was told to get plenty of rest, eat a good protein-based breakfast, wear loose and comfortable clothing, keep my skin clean but bare, and bring a suppression support garment with me. Now, I will be honest that the freezing itself (cryolipolysis) DOES hurt. But it definitely didn’t hurt as bad as I expected, and the weight and pressure of the vacuum feels weird, but it didn’t hurt itself. While the cells were being frozen, I was laid up in a relaxing chair with Netflix on and a blanket. Very cozy!Inspire takes CoolSculpting to the next level by pairing it with Z-Wave (radial pulse therapy) AND manual massages for a couple of minutes. The massages do hurt a bit as well, as the feeling starts to return to the area. It was still somewhat numb for quite a few hours. I came back a couple of days later for another Z-Wave treatment.Veronica also recommends that her patients pair it with Alastin’s TransFORM Body Treatment, which I’ve been using as well, and I had to wear my compression garment for a full week afterwards. It is key to follow her recommendations as it really does make a difference in the results you have - and I'm SO HAPPY with my results! (This is after only one session with two paddles.)I would definitely do another CoolSculpting procedure at Inspire again because I had no side effects, and there was no down time. Inspire was awesome to work with. In fact, I live in south Colorado Springs and was more than willing to make that 45-minute drive to Castle Rock because you won't find anyone better to take care of you. If you are in central/south-central Colorado, I’d highly recommend them for any CoolSculpting needs! And I hope to utilize them in the future as well!
If I could give 100 stars, I would! I just completed cool sculpting. The amount of knowledge that they have and professionalism is amazing. They will do anything to make sure that you are comfortable. Do not fall for those Groupon cool sculpting gimmicks. If you want to see real results that are backed up by people who genuinely care about your experience, then go to Inspire. I could not be happier.

It was shocking to see how much of a difference it made on my stomach… crazy to see the before and after pics! I have been researching and getting consultations for my neck and midsection for fat reduction for a couple of years now and then I heard about cool sculpting. I looked for the highest rated provider and found Veronica and Inspire Body Contouring. The consultation was very informative and encouraging so I booked my appointment. The treatment was relaxed and easy. The staff make you feel like you’re hanging out with friends and the rooms are very comfortable. Week 3 I started to see results and wanted to do something more to really change my jawline. Veronica recommended the Scarlet facial and THAT experience was amazing too! I did not look like I’d just gotten an intense facial (bonus!) I’ve come to realize that Inspire includes other procedures that would normally be stand-alone with other places (massage and Z-Wave for example) which is why the results are so far beyond what you see anywhere else. I am two weeks out from my Scarlet facial and 8 weeks post cool sculpting and I truly look like a slimmer, younger version of myself. I hoped I would see noticeable results but I’ve lost inches off of my waist and my face and neck have not looked this good in 10 years. If you’re on the fence, I say do it! I will definitely be back!
I decided to do something for myself and scheduled CoolSculpting here to help get rid of some stubborn fat deposits I had. I really had very little idea what this fully entailed, however Veronica walked me through the process very thoroughly and answered all of my questions very well. She is truly so very knowledgeable! The day of the treatment came and I was welcomed and made to feel so very much at home and comfortable. The entire staff is fantastic and it was really a pleasant experience! I had read about cool sculpting treatments and wanted to try it out. I came across Inspire Body Contouring through ads on social media. Being a working professional I am not able to find time to work out a lot. I was looking for a way to lose a few inches without going to a gym. I met Veronica from Inspire Body Contouring and she explained how the cool sculpting process works. Satisfied by the explanation i decided to give it a go. It has been a month since the treatment and i have observed some inch loss and difference in aesthetics. As per my understanding I would see some more changes in next few months. There was some discomfort for 2 weeks after the treatment but I was prepared for it due to my initial consultation. Veronica also provided me tips to keep the discomfort to the minimum. The discomfort did not keep me away from my work.
I have always had stubborn areas of fat, especially after loosing weight. I met Veronica and she told me about Cool Sculpting. I treated my stomach and my back - bra area. It will be great not having excess fat around my bra! Veronica Yada is highly experienced and explained the procedure well. I enjoyed chilling out in the room watching TV during the procedure.
